矿山支护设备协同遗传多目标设计研究

Research on Cooperative Genetic Algorithm of Mine Support Equipment

摘要: 矿山支护设备属于复杂的多目标优化问题,传统方法寻找最优解非常困难。文章在协同遗传算法的基础上,搭建了一种新的简单直观的能够并行运行的适合多目标问题的多学科设计优化框架,将各个学科有效的组织起来,将学科间的相互影响及时反映到适应度函数上,同时利用协同遗传算法作为基础算法,有效的避免了早熟收敛且能够得到分布良好的优化解。运行结果和原有算法结果相比较有较大的改进。

Abstract: Mine support equipment is a complicated multiobjective optimization problem, the traditional method is very difficult to find the optimal solution. The paper built a new simple and intuitive framework for the multi-objective problem of multidisciplinary design optimization in parallel based on collaborative genetic algorithm, which can connect the various disciplines and the adaptation degree function can reflect mutual influence between disciplines. At the same time, as a basic algorithm, the cooperative genetic algorithm can also effectively avoid premature convergence and obtain optimal solution well distributed. Results are greatly improved compared with the traditional algorithm.v
